Iceland tour 2007
After our tour in Norway we decided that we just had to try Iceland for our next cycle tour as it sounded so interesting from the other tourers we had met who had toured there. The country had always fascinated the both of us with it's volcanic geology. I had done 'A level' geology at school and learnt so much about volcanic areas with fumeroles and the like that I wanted to see them first hand. Frank had nearly been there on a school trip years ago put had to pull out due to illness, therefore she was keen to see what she had missed. Therefore we booked a couple of tickets on the ferry from Scrabster to Sey∂isfjör∂ur.
