The guide includes 1:75,000 maps of the route (including variants), route descriptions, tips and details of accommodation. It is published by www.esterbauer.com

These are available in English, but unfortunately they are not easy to get hold of. We have seen number 4 of the series in a book shop in Holland and also from Amazon.co.uk

Ferries

In order to get from Denmark to Sweden and vice versa, you will have to use these ferry companies.

Stenaline - Ferries between Varberg - Grenaa

Varberg to Grenaa - Daily sailings at 9:00 and 20:00

Grenaa to Varberg - Daily sailings at 14:45

Crossing time: 4hrs
