Guides to this part of the North Sea Cycle Route are a bit thin on the ground, there used to be some information booklets produced by the local tourist boards but sadly they are now out of print.

Ferries

In order to get from Denmark to Sweden and vice versa, you will have to use these ferry companies.

Stenaline - Ferries between Varberg - Grenaa

Varberg to Grenaa - Daily sailings at 9:00 and 20:00

Grenaa to Varberg - Daily sailings at 14:45

Crossing time: 4hrs
